Ariel Dawson is a proud Denver native, raised in the vibrant Park Hill neighborhood. A dynamic entrepreneur, Ariel has made significant contributions to the Denver business community, particularly in the Montbello area where she and her family live, work, and attend school.

With a strong background in business operations, community building, and leadership, Ariel is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and driving positive change. She is deeply involved in educational advocacy and community engagement, working to strengthen relationships among parents, educators, and local organizations. Ariel plays a key role in parent leadership and collaboration with various parent organizations, including TEN, PTOs, PTAs, and school leadership teams (SLTs). She has contributed to important district-wide efforts, including serving on search and budget committees.

A passionate advocate for education, Ariel works to introduce educators to the value of professional associations, helping them understand the importance of membership and collective support.

As a proud mother , Ariel is deeply committed to her community and is an active participant in local initiatives. Her favorite teacher, 8th-grade math teacher Mr. Wagner, instilled in her the timeless principle: “Treat others the way you want to be treated,” a lesson that continues to guide her professional and personal life.
